Terms of Service

By choosing to commission me, you acknowledge that you have read and understood my Terms of Service.

  • IMPORTANT: Please note that I feel that I do my best work while I have creative freedom in pose and character design, and thus revisions are NOT offered. I will also not be providing WIPs or progress images.

  • Turnaround time: 1-2 months.

  • First come first serve, payment upfront. Work on the piece begins once it has been paid in full.

  • Extra complexity may incur an additional fee.

  • I may turn down your commission for any reason.

  • I reserve the right to post the final image on social media and my portfolio. I can also link to your social media posts on Twitter or Instagram, if desired. You may also want your design posted until a certain date, so let me know if this is the case. In general, I will stream the designing and drawing process on Twitch, and will do so unless informed otherwise. If you want to hang out on the stream, that’s also great! It makes it easier to make adjustments live. You can find me at www.twitch.tv./pikat.

The Artist retains all commercial rights to the illustration, which includes but is not limited to: sale of prints or digital products, marketing, or any other merchandise. It may be created on a public platform such as Twitch.
